Payment
All of our card payments are handled by PayPal, please note that contrary to popular opinion, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit/debit card!
Minimum order
We do not have a minimum order charge, all orders are treated with the same degree of care, so dont worry if you only want a couple of cables or a spare lamp, there are no administration or similar charges for small orders.
Confirmation orders
Any written confirmation of orders placed on the internet or by telephone must be clearly marked if paper copies are sent subsequently. We accept no responsibility for duplicated orders if paperwork is not clearly marked.
Product description
We try to represent products in our catalogue as accurately as possible but due to the technical equipment of users, we cannot be held responsible for differences in images scale, colour, shape and size. The inclusion of a product in the catalogue does not constitute a recommendation from Liteopia Limited or any of its staff and users should contact us if they are in any doubt as to the suitability of a product before purchasing. We are only human and mistakes can occasionally happen with product descriptions or prices and we reserve the right to make changes to products or prices without notice.
Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT which must be added at the prevailing rate and are subject to change without notice, E&OE.
Educational prices are only available to DfEE recognised educational establishments and are not available to students or teachers placing their own personal orders unless otherwise stated.
Payment
All schools, colleges and universities may be allocated a 30 day credit account. Any purchase orders must be on an official requisition or on school letterheaded paper with a reference number.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days unless an alternative agreement is made. If invoices are not paid within the agreed time, credit facilities may be withdrawn.
Customers not having an account with us may pay by PayPal (which will allow card transactions even if you do not have a PayPal account), cheque or direct bank transfer (BACS), bank details supplied on request. We will not despatch any goods until payment has been received and funds have cleared into our account.
